I was going to do the typical computer and factory harness swap but I think Megasquirt II is looking better. I would need to buy a MAF and other things to complete my swap in the direction i was going. It makes more sense and is more cost effective to with megasquirt since a custom chip will run the tab up to double or triple what I would spend.

Questions...

1. What engine sensors do I need and which of my sensors on my 1990 5.0L will work with megasquirt?
2. I have a complete harness. In my case it looks like I'm better off cutting off the sensor plugs and attaching them to a megasquirt harness since I do not need all the emissions plugs.
3. Does megasquirt have a function to stop the A/C compressor at WOT like the factory computer does?
4. Wide band Oxygen sensor needed in this scenario? Which is best to pair up(price will be a factor) with megaquirt II?

Thanks, I'm sure I'll have more questions. This is going to be a fun project.
