since haveing it in the cav ive decided since its run so well with out any major problems i decided to take the engine out of this heavy car and stick it in a mk2 astra runiing the same gear as above so ive lost over half a ton of weight
still wating to get it full boost mapped yet ( 2bar )
and change from cap and arm to dis pak but it still runns sweet as a nut when i took it out the cav it was stood for nearly 2 months sitting on an engine stand while i got the astra ready
but the day can it went in finaly run a proper relay for the fuel pump switched ignition on pump primmed up fine and 1st turn of the key it started and run spot on !
my only regret is that i waited so long before getting my m/s im thinking about getting another and useing that on my day to day car i carnt fault it !!

over the last few weeks ive been messing around with the boost controller side of it and im happy to say we have it working rather well at the moment its now holding 17 psi of the controller and flick the switch and 7 psi of the wastegate a big thanx to PrOxLaMuS as i was haveing trouble with bits of it but we still need to tune the lower part of the controller map so it spools up sooner !!
next on the list ......
fan controll
nos

fuel tanks been ripped out and a 3 gallon fuel cells sitting in the boot a new pumps been added flow rate of 260 lph @ 8bar and ive had to upgrade the injectors to 606cc as my 440`s were running 98% duty but saying that these ones are running 90% under full boost

had the car back out and it turns out that the spak map was way out i was mapped 2 years ago and made 220 bhp @11 psi on a t34 turbo
since then we never bothered with the spark map just used it as is but it now runns a t3 with stage 3 wheel and it turns out it was nearly 15 deg out off boost on average and nearly 10 deg on boost since we spent last sunday out with it the car feels a lot better and smoother and pulls like a train all the way to the redline (6500) and it sounds compleatly different before it sounded like a tank when you gave it some welly but now its a lot more quiet .. even at 22.5 psi boost we havent tryed it with the nos yet
