Another success story for Megasquirt.
Running a Cross Bolted 2005 Block 4.6Litre in a Westfield. Megasquirt I PCB version 3.0 running MSextra 29y3. EDIS8 ignition module and coil packs. Trigger wheel and sensor from Trigger Wheels.
I made up the ECU myself. Got a base map from someone running a Rover V8. Set mixture quite rich and she started first time!
I have just come back from Northampton Motor Sport where Troy done a complete mapping. Managed to get 280BHP and 300 lb-ft. Maximum power was interrupted by the rev limiter set at 5800.

Bit of an update. I've updated my MS1 to MS2 running firmware 3.03v. Now using the idle control value, so much better. Car has been re-map. More ignition advance and rev limit raised to 6000. Now making 292BHP at the flywheel.
