hi guys had my car for about 8 months nw so thought it would be a good idea to post here

using msns-extra 029q2 v3 board
2x vb921
puegeot 306 coilpack
custom boost pipes
k03 turbo
custon intercooler
lc1 wideband
custom downpipe
custon loom
all vw sensors

after playing with the 3 pin coilpack and getting weird advance issues i decided to go with a single coilpack with excellent results

the car flew through its mot with the emmision readings spot on the was mapped by toyotec a fellow squirter

been driving the car for the last few weeks without any blips heres some pictures of the car

Hi looks good, i'm doing a similar conversion using a 2.0l aqy from the new beetle, in my '91 cab, custom side mount, mk1 four branch, no exhaust gas recirc, or air flow meters to get in the way! out of interest did you use the original coolant temp sensors? and recalibrate with easytherm? what did you use for IAT? i've currently got a f$*d sensor which fits perfectly.

everythink i used was from the 20vt so all the sensors temp coolant the only thing i changed was the cops i used a peugeot coilpack

i used easytherm to set the temp sender ect ect

Did you changed the original boost of the engine?

is it all original ? or you changed injectors or any sensors??

did you used TPSdot Or mapdot for accelleration enritchment??

i am in middle of swap the same engine in Golf MKII , and i wonder if you could help me with constant values for fuel and ignition.

Also , what about the ignition map, how you started it??
