The idle & cruise sections of the map should be ok but you will need to add values past 100Kpa to incorparate boosted values - to make sure your not running lean
How much boost will you be running? This dictates the fueling required.
Anything less then 5 lbs boost stock injectors are fine.
5-10 lbs boost your 36# injectors will be golden
I will just be running N/A at first, in order to get the motor started, and broken in (basically to get the rings seated). After that, i'll need to retune it for the supercharger... so you don't think that idle will be a problem with 36lb injectors?
I think I'm going to start with your tune... however, I'm running 9:1 CR pistons with a mk4 gasket, so I'm thinking that's closer to 9.5:1 CR. Thoughts? I'm not sure if JE Pistons' compression ratio calculations were done for MK3 gaskets or MK4 gaskets *shrugs*
