Hello I am working on my westy, 2.1L WBX with MS1 V3.0 Extra, and a T4 turbo. I got it up and running...sort of...but sure could use any kind of help getting it dialed in!!!

can you be more specific as to what help you need? I have a 2 liter aircooled turbo, and I can share some msqs and tables with you, the ve curves will probably be different, along with reqfuel, but they should give you a basline as far as how to retard timing and enrich fuel under boost.
