1995 GTI VR6 - N/A - Schrick 268's, Race Shop cyl head, ported manifolds, Mk4 gasket, 2.5" exhaust, all the bolt ons and little stuff. Dynoed 198whp with 262 cams on stock ECU.
MSV3.57
MS1 - MSnS-Extra 029y4
Tuned with TunerStudio!
Glen/Error Daughter Board:
Modified output circuit for tach by replacing diode with 4.7k resistor - to stock tach
Launch control
Table switching
2nd MAP circuit used for MAF conditioning
Output circuit to stock CEL on until 900rpm, off until 6500rpm (shift light)
Output circuit for shift light
Fan output
Stock 19lb/hr injectors @ 4bar (22lb for req_fuel)
Stock coilpack
Stock crank sensor
Open element 1.8T air temp sensor
Stock blue coolant temp sensor
MAF retained and wired in (haven't checked if it's working yet)
OBD2 throttle body
OBD1 idle valve
Innovate LC1
Mods/Setup:
VrOut Jumper (red VW sensor to VR+, green to VR-) this is backward of all the V3's I've done but could not get sync at all rpm the other way.
Jumpered LED Pad locations to SPR1-3 direct to stock coilpack
Just a rough tune to head to the dyno with. I built the harness PnP style to be able to back to back test it vs a GIAC chipped stock ECU. Back to backs tomorrow.
More details to follow. I finally got this running after working on everything for quite a while! Hard to get time to do it between everyone else's projects!
