1988 honda prelude turbo running ms1 v2.2

hi all

just want to let you all know after all the issues i had to work through (learning curve) my car finally runs as a full standalone!

i want to thank matt cramer for his tireless help he has provided me with, i am greatly in debt to you buddy!



specs:

2 litre jdm b20a twin cam engine with 5 speed manual
toyota supra ct26 turbocharger
600x300x76 intercooler with 3 inch piping
38mm esternal wastegate
2.5 inch exhaust

ms1 v2.2 running msextra 029y3
custom made dual vr conditioner
stock honda cam mounted vr sensors- 4 tooth as primary, with the 24 tooth cut down to a 2 tooth as the return trigger

thanks to this great ecu:

mitsubishi evo 3 ignitor and coilpacks in wasted spark mode
shiftlight
launch/ flatshift
switchable spark/fuel/boost maps
electronic boost control
staged injection
knock input

here is a timeline of events:

2003 i purchased my 1988 honda prelude xx (jdm) twin carb auto, kept stock for 6 months then fitted some jamex lowering springs

2004: transplanted a twin cam pgmfi si prelude engine and manual gearbox into her
fitted a sportline smaller circumfrence steering wheel

2006: built and installed custom turbo installation- 5psi (50hp increase) using a 1 : 1 fuel pressure riser for fuel supply

changed interior from grey to black and swapped in some 4th generation prelude seats

2007: purchased ms v2.2 with ms1 prossessor, assembled and fitted to to car controlling fuelling only with some larger mitsubishi injectors

2008: new full 2.5 inch turbo- back exhaust with two22 inch resonators and a mazda mps muffler

2009: major overhaul done with entire turbo system replaced with a redesigned system that is capable of producing over 400hp, with an engine build currently being performed.

also have megasquirt running wasted spark using honda cam mounted vr sensors to give signal.

breaking system also fully overhauled, brand new master cylinder, pads and and disk and caliper coversion from a 4th generation bb4 prelude

brand new audio system also installed consisting of: pioneer dehp5050ub usb head unit, alpine mrvt300 amp, pioneer front splits and a jl audio sub tube in the back
