1971 Fiat 500L - 500cc two cylinder, 4 speed

I am trying to figure out if I need to go the expensive route of acquiring a 4 port head for this modification.

The traditional head with these two cylinders have a signal port for both cylinders but is that going to be possible?

I was thinking of a price head with a dual barrel Weber throttle body replacement.

Any suggestions or if it shouldn't matter if I use the original head.?
