Vehicle: 1980 BMW 635 CSi Euro
Engine: BMW M90 3.5L inline 6 SOHC
Injection: Port; Low-Z Bosch L-Jet
Description: MSII on a V3 board, added a relay in the harness to change main fuel relay line from (-) to (+). I'm not running spark yet, but look forward to doing that one of these days. Car runs okay so far, the L-Jet it replaced was running haywire because of a short in the ECU harness so it's tons better than that, but still not quite up to where the L-Jet was when working properly. I anticipate that will change as I continue to tune, haven't done more than drive it around the block yet. Thanks to Peter Florance for giving me a bunch of really helpful tips to get me up and running without explosions...
PS: that M90 isn't a typo, it really is a different block than the M30, very similar to the S38 engine but without the DOHC or individual throttle bodies. I don't suppose it makes much of a difference other than having much shorter stroke, higher compression and having every part come special order from Munich...
